Andrea Impastato joined the firm in 2003 and brings over two decades of experience in accounting, business operations, and client services. Originally from Colombia, Andrea studied business and accounting and held a variety of roles in the accounting and business sectors prior to relocating to the United States. Notably, she worked in the Accounting and Marketing Department at Peugeot Autocorp, where she gained invaluable hands-on experience in corporate accounting, marketing, and executive communications.
Since joining the firm, Andrea has demonstrated unwavering commitment and growth—beginning as a bookkeeper and executive assistant and steadily advancing into her current role as Executive Manager and Minority Partner. In this leadership position, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, manages personnel, supports client engagement, and ensures the smooth delivery of accounting services. She continues to pursue ongoing professional development in bookkeeping, accounting systems, and business leadership to remain at the forefront of the industry.
