That’s why we offer two flexible I.T. service models—Per-Incident Services and Managed Services—designed to provide the right level of support, whether you need occasional assistance or ongoing, proactive care. Choose the model that best aligns with your goals, budget, and internal capabilities.

Per-Incident Services – $150/hour

On-Site Support

  • 1-hour minimum
  • No travel time charged
  • Billed in ½-hour increments after the first hour

Remote Support

  • Billed in ½-hour increments
  • Typical response time: 2 hours or less

  • QuickBooks
  • Office 365
  • Google Workspace
  • Networking (switches, routers, WiFi, firewalls)
  • Windows Server
  • Windows Desktops & Laptops
  • Printers
  • Email

Managed Services – $140/hour

Proactive Daily Network Checks

  • Typically 30 minutes to 1 hour per day
  • Designed to identify and resolve issues before they impact your business

Discounted Project/Incident Rate

  • $125/hour for work exceeding 10 hours

On-Site Support

  • 1-hour minimum
  • No travel time charged
  • Billed in ½-hour increments after the first hour

Remote Support

  • Billed in ½-hour increments
  • Typical response time: 2 hours or less

Anti-Malware/Anti-Ransomware Protection

  • Checked weekly
  • Available for $3.50/month per computer

On-Site & Cloud Backup

  • Checked daily
  • (Additional charges apply for backup software & storage)

Microsoft Windows Updates

  • Frequently checked and installed

Christopher Pettit

IT Administrator

Christopher Pettit is an experienced IT Administrator who began his career in 1998. With over two decades of hands-on experience, Christopher has built a strong reputation for managing and maintaining complex IT infrastructures across a wide range of industries.

He is well-versed in a broad spectrum of hardware, including brands such as Dell, Cisco, Ubiquiti, IBM, Compaq, HP, SonicWALL, Grandstream, and many others. His expertise spans servers, desktops, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi systems, firewalls, switches, phones, and a variety of additional devices essential to business operations.

On the software side, Christopher has extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, desktop environments, Office 365, Teams, and Teams Phone. He is also proficient in financial software like QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, along with various other Intuit products. Additionally, he is skilled in using business and manufacturing applications such as Visual ERP, MasterCAM, Esprit CAM, and many more.

Throughout his career, Christopher has supported a diverse range of clients, including accounting firms, food distributors, machine shops, manufacturing operations, real estate professionals, medical offices, construction companies, and engineering firms. He has successfully managed and contributed to IT projects both across the United States and internationally.

His broad experience enables him to adapt to unique business needs and deliver reliable, tailored IT solutions.
